Delete your account

Tool Shanty is published by Setclock Inc. You can permanently delete your account from inside the app.

How to delete

Open Tool Shanty and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account and confirm the warning.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible once confirmed. If you cannot sign in, email marin@setclock-inc.com from the address on your account and we will help.

What is removed

We scrub your personal account data, including:

Name and display name
Email
Phone number
Sign-in credentials (you will no longer be able to log in)

What is retained

Jobsite records other crew members still rely on are kept under a “Former member” label so crew history stays usable. The tamper-evident tool-custody ledger is never rewritten after events are recorded — custody history remains for accountability even after your personal profile is deleted.

Limited backups or legal holds may persist for a short period where required.

Foreman safeguard

If you are the only foreman on an active jobsite, deletion is refused until another foreman is assigned. That keeps a crew from being left without a lead.
